Qualified patients pay an initial, one-time activation fee plus a monthly subscription. No long term commitment. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
No Additional Fees:
All repairs and upgrades are included in subscription.

Cancel your subscription and return the monitor within the first 30 days for a full refund of initial activation fee and subscription fee.
