Wet AMD Monitoring Study
The ForeseeHome Wet AMD Monitoring Study is a multi-center, observational, prospective study designed to evaluate the following objectives:
Primary
To assess the accuracy of the ForeseeHome to detect reactivation of choroidal neovascularization (CNV), or “wet” age-related macular degeneration (AMD) following successful treatment with Anti-VEGF
Secondary
To:
1. Evaluate the correlation between ForeseeHome measures and Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) measures
2. Evaluate the agreement between ForeseeHome measures and CNV recurrence
3. Evaluate agreement between ForeseeHome measures and treatment decisions
