Testing and Automation Development Engineer

Position Summary

Notal Vision is looking for a “Testing and automation development engineer” to join the R&D team. This engineer will be responsible for the characterization, design, implementation and validation of multi-disciplinary testers and jigs that will be later used for mass-production of home OCT systems.

Specific Duties

• Build the technological road map of the testing process and related test equipment
• Characterization, design and execution of testing jigs for electronic boards, electro optical modules, electro-mechanical modules and system level testing
• Lead the design build and verification of the testers
• Collect information from R&D and operation and translate them to requirements
• Transfer the testers to the production line and implement improvements as needed

Requirements

• Electrical engineer or equivalent with experience in defining, designing and verifying testing equipment for high-capacity production line
• At least 3 years in a similar position
• Hands-on ability and approach
• Experience in testers’ programming (labVIEW/C#/C+)
• Experience in integration and lab testing
• Knowledge of international and medical standards - an advantage
